Returns & refunds

Return anything unworn with its tags within 30% days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

• Request a return label on the contact page and quote your order number.
• Pack the item with the tags attached and any protective packaging it arrived in.
• Drop it at any carrier point. Returns to the US and EU are free.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching our warehouse.

What cannot be returned

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or have removed tags cannot be returned. Swimwear and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty goods

If something arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo to support@elleans.com within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it, and pay the return postage.
