Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 working days from our warehouse. Once dispatched you get a tracking number by email.

Prices include VAT for EU destinations. Orders shipped outside your country of residence may attract import duty and local sales tax, which is collected by the carrier at delivery. Refused parcels that come back to us are refunded for the item price only.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Most carriers update within 24 hours.
Write to support@elleans.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we ship a replacement or refund the order in full.
